Compliance Kart Private Limited (referred to as "ComplianceKart", "Exchange") is ever ready and committed to stand by the measures being taken on national as well as international level to prevent the money laundering activities. In fulfillment of the responsibility as such, the Exchange can put in place a framework for identifying, monitoring and reporting suspected money laundering or terrorist financing transactions to the righteous authority as per the guidelines of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder ("PMLA"). Further, ComplianceKart shall regularly review the policies and procedures on PMLA and Terrorist Financing to ensure their effectiveness.
